Installation
SATRA TimeLine is fully installed, customised and tested by a SATRA consultant who visits your company/factory.

During the installation, our consultant will identify any conditions and working practices that are unique to your company and import these into the SATRA TimeLine database. This ensures that SATRA TimeLine is fully customised to your needs and can be relied upon to create accurate time values and labour costings.
Support
SATRA TimeLine is licensed to the user. This license includes support via telephone and email, subject to an annual customer care contract. All software releases within the same version number are free, and licensed users are encouraged to make requests for new functions which may be incorporated into future releases.
This software is continually evolving in line with customer needs, and an upgrade path from the previous version is always available.
SATRA TimeLine is a client/server based system with full multi-user capability.

The SATRA TimeLine software is a Windows-based, client/server application designed to run standalone or across local area or wide area networks. It is supplied with the Advantage Database Server software.
With standalone systems, the client is installed on the same PC as the server.
Advantage requires Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and, for an acceptable networked performance, SATRA recommends a minimum guaranteed bandwidth of 512Kbits, and a round-trip latency under 30ms.
